This is an exciting time to be in the industry as we transform from a box led proposition to a service led one. There are many choices and challenges to address and the Managed Print Services Association (MPSA) provides a much needed independent source of advice, discussion and standardisation. My experience at NewField IT where we have been involved in 100+ MPS type projects in 31 countries is why I feel I can bring a knowledgeable and independent view to this diverse and fast evolving area.

The vision statement of MPSA calls for "a worldwide independent and non-profit organization that embraces all industry participants in a collaborative and noncompetitive environment, as we strive together to provide the necessary industry standardization..." The strong emphasis on diversity is the exact reason I have the ability to provide the required responsibilities as a Board Member."
