Frequently, operations and service are left to "figure it out on their own" after an MPS contract is written. Developed and taught by Jim Boulden and Mike Woodard of Strategy Development, this course is designed to jump start your understanding of how to set up and manage all aspects of an MPS agreement.

Taught by Tom Callinan and Ed Carroll of Strategy Development, this two-day workshop is designed to provide dealerships with the tools they need to establish a managed print services strategy that will allow them to increase the quantity of captured prints, lock in customers, distinguish themselves from competitors and, ultimately, sell more hardware.

General Registration Schedule of Events:
Thursday, Sept. 23: The General Registration program will begin at 3:30 p.m. with a dealer panel moderated by Frank Cannata of Marketing Research Consultants. A welcoming reception will follow, giving attendees a chance to network with peers and visit with exhibiting sponsors.
Friday, Sept. 24: Education sessions will begin at 8 a.m. and end at 4:45 p.m. with breaks for lunch and time to visit with exhibiting sponsors.
