The Managed Print Services Association (MPSA) saw a very high level of participation during the second annual MPS Leadership Awards, as 53 organizations applied across 12 different countries. The final submissions were divided across 5 different categories for equal grading.
Each submission was interviewed by a team of “sponsoring” MPSA Board members to drill into key areas of the balanced scorecard that was used to score each submission. These balanced scorecards tested each submission in the areas of Core Criteria (30% of Score), MPS Best Practices (30% of Score) and Business Benefits: (40% of Score).
